Health is Wealth: Take Care Of Yourself Moms

Financial stability is important but so is your overall wellbeing as a mom. When your wellbeing is popping, you have more energy to pour into parenting, keeping the household on point, and growing your empire.

Just like we advocate for our kids, we have to advocate for ourselves too, and that means stepping away from it all every so often to get a chance to decompress and reset

If you have a mom in your life or you are one, here are a few things you can do to lighten the load:

Be visible to yourself: Check in with yourself often, ask yourself what you need, and commit to meeting those needs. This is also something you can extend to a mother in your life

Outsource: you have nothing to prove—this isn’t the battle of who can do the most without getting burned out so ask for help and do it often. Commit to outsourcing one of your responsibilities to free up ‘you time’. If you know a mom, offer acts of service to her this week.

Show up for yourself: Our financial health and mental health goes hand in hand. Let’s make sure to keep the promises we make to ourselves.
